Nancy E. Rhodes is a nationally known, award-winning artist who lives and works in East Lansing, Michigan. Nancy specializes in realistic, large-scale paintings, drawing and illustrations.

The much loved "Women in the The Military" mural is our nation's first large-scale painting dedicated to service women that is permanently installed in a federal building. The mural is located at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. Additionally, an artist proof of the mural is hanging in the lobby of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, DC.

Technology  and in fine art and art education from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. She has worked as a freelance artist for the past twenty-five years. Currently, Nancy is on the faculty at Lansing Community College where she teaches drawing and painting.
